Overview
We are seeking a highly equipped residential HVAC Installation manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will carry a North Carolina H3 license and have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. You will be responsible for managing multiple installation crews and ensuring that all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed properely and function efficiently, and pass all NC code requirements.
Duties
• Effectively Manage all residential Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Perform heat calc loads on homes to assure of proper sizing of new system.
• Ability to quote and sell HVAC systems and be effectively profitable.
• Ability to manage and communicate well with others, especially those within your department.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with installations.
• Manage the ordering of all equipment and materials for each individual job.
• Complete all required paperwork related to completed jobs, purchase orders, technician training, etc
• Managing our eliteteam of installers.
• Recruiting and hiring top talent to join the team and grow the department.
• Self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.
Experience
• Proven experience in HVAC/R installation or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and refrigerant handling is essential.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Knowledge of HVAC system schematics and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• EPA Certificate.
• A valid driver's license is typically required for this position to travel between job sites.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
