Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our HVAC service department and logistics and ensuring efficient operations within our service department.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple HVAC service technicians schedules, calls, activities. This is a fast past position that requires great customer service, communication, scheduling, ordering and tracking parts and issuing PO's as needed.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling.
• Keeping an efficient and full service board for all of the technicians.
• Regular customer communication.
• Ordering of materials and tracking and scheduling for efficient repairs while keeping customers happy.
• Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly tech revenue for profitability
Skills
• Strong knowledge of transportation management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in GPS systems and transportation management software.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a logistics environment.
• Familiarity with fleet management best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with dispatching operations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
