Job Title: HVAC Installer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of experience in HVAC installations from either residential or commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have boiler experience and the ability to install traditional 80-90% efficient systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems. The Lead Installer will also work with junior technicians or apprentices, guiding them through the installation process and teaching them how to use specialty tools.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including traditional 80-90% efficient systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
- Lead the installation process and oversee the work of junior technicians or apprentices.
- Teach apprentices how to use specialty tools and install ductwork.
- Perform system startups and ensure all installations meet industry standards.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to install traditional 80-90% efficient systems and heat pumps/ductless systems.
- Strong leadership skills to guide junior technicians or apprentices.
- Experience with boiler installations is preferred.

Work Environment
Work involves 7-8 week rotations for installations, with an option for on-call service volunteers. The onboarding process includes MVR, drug testing (excluding THC). Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
