Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a HVAC Install Manager
• Detail oriented person who is very organized
• Experience in coaching, training, discipline, and employee reviews
• Valid Driver’s License, Clear Background Check
• Excellent with technology, typing, and working with software
• Honest, dependable, and organized
Job Duties:
The HVAC Install Manager will have the following expectations:
• Train, develop, and hold your team accountable
• Lead and manage your team including 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, etc.
• Track technician interactions and performance; deliver unique coaching per technician.
• Meet weekly with the Install Coordinator to review team schedule, specific technician needs & review scorecards for areas to surpass goal.
• Consistently provide service and sales performance support to the techs via ride alongs, site visits, and coaching calls.
• Always represent, deliver and train the Skradski Heating & Cooling brand and experience.
• Understand and enforce Service Titan processes.
• Create the habit and enforce restock process
• Enforce quality workmanship standards throughout the team.
• Teach safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Oversee customer issue resolution: including site visits, call backs, and phone call follow up.
