HVAC Accounts Receivable Support Specialist Job
About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Accounts Receivable Support Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International plc. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth account management, resolving disputes, and driving revenue growth.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Tracking and supporting the planned service agreement renewal process.
• Participating in accounts receivable activities, including collections and new customer authorizations.
• Providing backup customer call handling and administrative support in service operational areas.
How You'll Make a Difference
• You may be responsible for scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of the touch point plans and the contract renewal life cycle process with account owners.
• You will update service delivery plans as required by team.
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
• Able to handle multiple projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
• Prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
• Desired experience in project accounting or costing principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus three to five years of related work experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and desktop publishing.
• Able to work independently and demonstrates strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
