Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers at our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores.
• Discuss heating and cooling upgrades, air quality enhancements, energy savings, and how we can significantly benefit them.
• Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or promote a home performance tune-up, transferring prospects to our skilled experts afterwards!
Salary: Starting hourly pay of $18, based on experience and interview. Additionally, take advantage of our lucrative bonus and commission plan, averaging $100 per lead. Bonuses and commissions are paid out with weekly paychecks.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Part-time & full-time openings available. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required.

Qualifications:
• Proven ability to work independently and represent our brand effectively in partner retail locations.
• Sales experience is preferred, although a charismatic and outgoing personality is equally valuable.
• Willingness to work extra hours and weekends as required.
