CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems
We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Branch Manager to lead our team of technicians who install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial customers.
This role involves scheduling, directing, and providing technical support for HVAC technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of successful and recent HVAC and Refrigeration service management experience, and hold EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview and evaluate HVAC technicians to meet workload demands.
• Schedule and direct HVAC technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations.
• Review and improve technicians' work and techniques to ensure quality meets established standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and objectives to ensure departmental profitability.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of successful and recent HVAC and Refrigeration service management experience.
