Responsibilities:
As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll engage directly with customers at our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Your role includes:
• Discussing heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and potential energy savings.
• Generating leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or selling a home performance tune-up.
• Handing over the process to our team of industry experts for follow-up.
Compensation:
Enjoy an hourly pay starting at $18 per hour, based on experience and interview performance. Plus, benefit from a lucrative bonus and commission plan, averaging $100 per lead, with weekly paychecks.

Schedule:
We offer both part-time and full-time positions. Availability during weekends and some holidays is required.
