Who YOU are
You are a proactive, impatient and charismatic communicator. Rather than your
greatest gifts lying in analytics, you have the ability to read people and situations
effectively. You are outgoing, empathetic and intuitive. You have the ability to persuade
people to accept change or new ideas, as well as take hostile situations involving
people and convert an unfriendly atmosphere to a more civil environment. You do not
desire to be involved in transactions that are technical in nature as you can be easily
distracted, and dislike being put in situations that do not involve others. You easily
become dissatisfied with work that consists of repetitive tasks. Overall, you are
optimistic and are most comfortable when you have freedom and independence to
pursue your goals and to stay in an environment that provides a social network.
