Job Title: Dir of Sales and Marketing
My Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dir of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales channel and marketing strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals and objectives
• Manage and train sales and marketing teams to ensure they are meeting performance targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships including OEM and national account sales to expand the company's reach
• Continuously analyze market trends and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with Engineering to design and manage a unified Product Development process along with competitive evaluation of our market position
• Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities
• Build Companies brand
• Establish and ensure attainment of regional and total sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and annual basis.
• Develop effective Regional Sales Director compensation and partner incentive programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Travel required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
• A minimum of 5 years B2B Marketing/Channel experience preferred in the HVAC space.
• Must have proven wholesale sales channel and Specified Product reseller management success preferably in a HVAC or related field
• Highly effective leadership skills and management of sales and marketing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Willingness to travel to industry events and customers
