Job Title: Regional Sales Manager- HVAC/R
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Miami, FL (Remote)
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $50,000 to $60,000 annual base pay + commission and benefits
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South Florida region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Planning:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned region.
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Demonstrations:
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of company offerings.
• Collaboration:
o Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
• Market Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Performance Tracking:
o Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Representation:
o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of HVAC regional sales managerial experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
• Familiarity with the appliance industry is a plus.
