Residential New Construction HVAC Sales Representative - Knoxville, TN
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for residential new construction (RNC) HVAC systems? Precision Air is looking for a highly motivated Residential New Construction HVAC Sales Representative to join our team! If you thrive on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting top-quality HVAC products and services, this role is for you.
Position Highlights:
• Compensation: $60,000 guaranteed for the plus commission. Following the first year, compensation will include a base salary of $20,000-$30,000 plus uncapped commissions.
• Industry: Home services, with a focus on RNC HVAC systems.
• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services industry.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential customers in the RNC HVAC industry, including contractors, builders, and property owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including installation and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on existing sales bids and leads to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in training to stay updated on the latest industry technologies and trends.
• Support team members and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM programs and technology training is a plus.
