About Us:
Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility committed to providing top-notch care for our residents. We are seeking a Certified HVAC Technician with 3-5 years of experience to maintain and repair our HVAC systems, ensuring optimal comfort and safety for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Respond to service calls and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and recommend system upgrades.
Qualifications:
• Certified HVAC Technician (e.g., EPA 608, NATE).
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS).
