Job Description:
The commercial technicians conduct regularly scheduled maintenance and unscheduled service requests. Commercial techs are provided a fully stocked service van, and Phone.

Primary Qualifications:
• 1-5 years of HVAC/R experience in Commercial preferred for Service Technicians.
• 0-5 years industry experience for Install Technicians with Min. Tech School
• Flexibility to work overtime / weekends as needed with some minimal travel required
• Physical Requirements: climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs.
• EPA Certification required
• Clean Driving RecordSkills Required:
• Install new HVAC/R
• Do routine maintenance on varied Commercial and Residential HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Completes paperwork in a timely manner
• Reports to job assignment and work in a timely manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• OSHA 10 preferred, paid training to obtain available
• Experience with industry software preferable but not requiredExcellent Benefit Package!!!
