YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Our Residential HVAC Technician ensures that homes across the Metro East area stay comfortable all year round. Your responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting air conditioning and heating issues, and performing routine inspections and diagnostics. You provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs, keeping accurate job records, and ensuring that our services meet the high standards our customers rely on.
Here's what you need to become our Residential HVAC Technician:
• 1+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• EPA Type II certification
• Completed an HVAC apprenticeship training
• Physical ability to lift 60+ lbs.
• Resides within 20 miles of the main office
• Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• Knowledge and training as a Union Journeymen
• Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the job site
• Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
