We are seeking a skilled Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a vital member of our
maintenance crew, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are
clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking
supplies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance or
repair needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and appliances, including HVAC systems, air
conditioning units, and refrigerators.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues with equipment and systems.
- Follow schematics and blueprints to identify and repair complex systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and tenants.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our maintenance goals.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a service technician or in a related maintenance role is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in HVAC/R, appliance repair, or related fields.
- Ability to maintain and repair equipment and systems is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and an understanding of schematics are necessary for this role.
- Experience with refrigeration systems is a significant asset.
- Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be willing to take on new challenges and learn from others.
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with equipment repair.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and air conditioning units.
- Knowledge of appliance repair and ability to maintain and repair equipment and systems.
- Experience as a service technician or in a related maintenance role.
- Familiarity with schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
