Job Title: Customer Sales Representative with Mechanical / HVAC
Location: Onsite Syracuse, NY
Salary: 75,000- $85,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated onsite Customer Sales Representative with mechanical / HVAC expertise to support our customers and drive sales growth. You will leverage your technical knowledge to consult on product usage, troubleshoot issues, and develop relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers on technical product inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
· Assist in bid proposals and advice on product selection and cost evaluations.
· Conduct product testing and perform calculations for specific applications.
· Collaborate with sales teams to generate accurate quotes and ensure customer needs are met.
· Manage customer service inquiries and follow up on orders to maintain strong relationships.
· Recommend inventory changes and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
· Identify opportunities to support customer business growth through exceptional service.
Qualifications:
· Experience in plumbing, heating, or HVAC/R is essential.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales or customer service experience is a plus.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Technical knowledge with the ability to solve complex problems.
· Proficient in Excel, Word, email applications, and internet usage.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
