About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Louisiana Downs Investment Company LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the casino.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including water heaters, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to address leaks and other issues affecting HVAC systems.
• Test and inspect HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, with experience in maintenance and repair. A valid driver's license is required, and a clean driving record is preferred.
