Excellent Air Solutions Llc is seeking a highly skilled Heating and Cooling Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC technology and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work independently, using your knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair complex system issues.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HVAC technology preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, service, and repair
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
