We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician Specialist to join our team, specializing in new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, in new construction projects according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• System Configuration: Set up and fine-tune HVAC systems for maximum efficiency, comfort, and performance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of installed systems to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with construction teams, architects, and other trades to coordinate installations and address any issues that arise.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during installation and maintenance activities.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service by explaining system features, operation, and addressing client questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience, particularly with new construction projects.
• Certification: Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification, state license) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, with hands-on experience using HVAC tools and equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in diverse environmental conditions.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
