Compensation
This role offers an estimated salary of $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a full benefits package, generous paid time off (PTO), and a company vehicle and gas card provided.
Job Responsibilities
As a Senior HVAC Technician Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installations and repairs, service calls and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have 5 years of experience as an HVAC/R service technician, experience working on commercial and residential properties (at least 50% commercial), and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. A valid driver's license is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
