Job Summary:
This role involves installing HVAC units while maintaining quality and efficiency, ensuring safe work environments, and assisting lead installers in meeting production targets.
Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC units with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of installation processes.
• Ensure client floors are protected during installation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist lead installers in meeting production targets.
• Maintain company vehicles in pristine condition.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an installation technician in the HVAC industry is necessary.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and technical skills are essential.
• Passing a thorough background check and drug screen is mandatory.
• Clean driving record is required.
