Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration Account Manager to join our team at ICM Air Conditioning. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs.
Compensation Structure
A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year plus commission is offered to the selected candidate.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of Commercial and Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge and proven experience in the industry. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing leads and sales through industry contacts
• Meeting with clients to discuss technical concerns and questions and design/propose solutions
• Managing projects from inception to closeout in cooperation with regional operations team
• Navigating economic dynamics of the industry and identifying viable opportunities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A high school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Commercial/Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration Industry required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Ability to operate computer equipment, business equipment and other general office equipment
• Ability to compose original correspondence, write reports, have effective interaction with people, and to communicate ideas and receive/process information from others
Working Environment
This is a fast-paced environment with frequent disruptions or challenges. Work is performed in a standard office and field-based work environment. A potential irregular work schedule may be required.
