Job Overview
As a sales professional at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for promoting our service offerings to building owners and directors. Your key objectives include:
• Building and managing long-term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts
• Positioning renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships
• Cultivating and managing long-term relationships and seeking out new sales opportunities
Your Responsibilities
With direction from your supervising manager, you will:
• Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels
• Focus on improving existing buildings to help owners achieve business objectives
• Manage ongoing opportunities, particularly focusing on selling services and retrofits
• Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of six years of progressive field sales experience
• At least one year of successful sales experience in HVAC or building automation system service or projects
• A commitment to integrity and quality in business
• The ability to influence account decision makers at key levels
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
