Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in a consultative manner to support Warranty Fulfillment, Preventative Maintenance, Technical Training, troubleshooting, Equipment Commissioning, and Start-up.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including Hot Water, DX Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fan Systems, VFDs, and low-voltage controls.
• Conduct thorough equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
