We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outdoor Installation Manager to join our team at Ground Builders. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape professionals in the installation of hardscapes and landscapes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in installation, with a minimum of 1 year as a crew leader. You will be proficient in hardscape and landscape installation methods, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Laying out projects to match designs and specifications provided
• Assigning job tasks to team members
• Training new team members
• Coordinating deliveries
• Requesting change orders when needed
• Working alongside your crew installing
• Maintaining company quality standards on projects
• Coordinating with project manager on project timelines and needs
• Maintaining a safe and clean job site
• Tracking all crew assigned tool inventories
• Submitting repair and maintenance requests for equipment and tools as needed to the shop
• Tracking materials on projects and accurate expense logs
