• Leading a team of technicians, providing technical support and guidance as needed
• Troubleshooting installation challenges and maintaining high-quality standards on every job
This role involves communicating directly with customers, managing expectations, and resolving any issues that arise on-site. A valid driver's license and basic tools are required. Leadership skills or experience are preferred.
