Job Title: HVAC Supervisor
Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed HVAC supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of supervisory experience in climate control systems, a 1st Class Air Conditioning or Refrigeration license, and a 1st Class Boilers license.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and related equipment.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Requirements:
• Five (5) years of full-time supervisory experience in the maintenance and repair of climate control systems such as pumps, chillers, and boilers.
• 1st Class Air Conditioning or Refrigeration license.
• 1st Class Boilers license issued by the Board of Examiners of Operating Engineers of the City of New Orleans.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the airport's auto liability insurance policy.
Salary: Estimated salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
