Job Summary
HVAC Maintenance Technician needed for Undisclosed, a full-service property management company. This role involves performing routine maintenance on commercial equipment, including air-conditioning systems, refrigerators, water heaters, and other major appliances.
Main Responsibilities
Perform installation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems, refrigerators, water heaters, and other major appliances. Complete maintenance work orders (electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs) individually and/or with other Maintenance Techs. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
What We Offer
Attractive compensation package with an estimated salary range of $21.15 per hour. Valid Driver's License is required. At least 4 years of general maintenance and repair experience; or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
