Job Description
Our commercial technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers.
Key Sub Tasks
• Diagnose, and repair commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on the job quality checklist.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Develop a proven track record in heating and cooling systems including the ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints as well as other diagrams.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

• HVAC Commercial Service: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
• EPA Type II (Required)
