Key Responsibilities:
As a Crane Maintenance Technician at American Equipment Holdings, your key responsibilities will include performing scheduled preventative maintenance activities on equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components and circuits, and ensuring safety and compliance with manufacturer, OSHA, and ANSI standards.
You will also inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists, troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, electrical systems, and other related issues. Additionally, you will support customers through effective communication, evaluate and recommend necessary repairs, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
To succeed in this role, you should have good mechanical and electrical skills, with a strong background in material handling equipment, electrical systems, and OSHA regulations. A minimum of one to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, along with machining and welding skills. You will be required to take a mechanical, electrical, and basic knowledge test.
