Job Description
This HVAC installation supervisor position plays a critical role in overseeing installation projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include coordinating with customers, scheduling installations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently. This includes providing training and guidance to apprentice installers, helping them develop their skills and knowledge of HVAC installation techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Valid driver's license and insurable record
• Universal EPA Certification
• 5+ years of experience as an Installer
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain organization
• Customer service skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
