Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems. They diagnose system performance through observation up to 20 tons.
Proficiently operating hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment enables them to perform disassembly and reassembly of large or small commercial or residential HVAC equipment for troubleshooting and planned maintenance purposes as indicated in the service agreement.
They complete service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls while maintaining profitability. Building long-term relationships with customers involves explaining work performed to their satisfaction.
Safe operation of a motor vehicle and trailer is evident from their past driving performance record. Meeting requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adhering to all company safety requirements are essential.
Purchasing materials and issuing purchase order numbers to suppliers are part of their duties.
Maintenance of equipment, tools, and inventory stock on the service vehicle is also their responsibility.

Salary:
$62,000 - $82,000 per year
