Job Summary:
We're seeking skilled HVAC systems mechanics with experience in light commercial and heavy commercial markets to join our team. As a mechanic, you'll work with cutting-edge equipment, provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), and receive milestone recognition and monetary rewards.
Journeyman Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be a skilled craftsman with at least five years of practical working experience in the HVAC industry. You may be required to pass a satisfactory examination to demonstrate your special skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues. Collaborate with customers to identify solutions and outcomes during service visits. Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. Offer recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities run efficiently, including upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
Requirements:
• Five years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry
• Ability to commit to 30-hour OSHA certification, which will be completed after hours and weekends
• Computer proficiency and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanical journeyman status
Preferred Qualifications:
• Seven years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry
• Refrigeration certification
• EPA universal refrigerant certification
