Job Responsibilities:
• Perform installations of HVAC equipment, including ventilation systems, heating units, and cooling systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to the manufacturer's specifications and company policies.
• Determine the right materials needed for each job and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain cordial relationships with superiors, coworkers, and customers.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• New construction experience is highly preferred.
• Ductwork installation experience is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are required.
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
