DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• 2+ years of experience with a solid understanding of refrigeration function and theory
• Type II EPA-certified and TDLR
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and essential testing equipment
• Strong work ethic and professional customer service skills
• Ability to use Housepro software
• Ability to diagnose and replace HVAC-related components
• Ability to coach and train an apprentice
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN HVAC LEAD INSTALLER?
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. You'll navigate ductwork installations, attic splits, vertical splits, and rooftop systems, using your expertise to replace components like air conditioners, furnaces, and thermostats. Equipped with tools like refrigerant gauges, manometers, and psychrometers, you'll bring comfort and reliability to every customer you serve. From troubleshooting technical challenges to coaching apprentices, your role will combine hands-on craftsmanship with mentorship, ensuring every project is executed with precision and professionalism.
