Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Quality Control Technician to join our team at Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning in San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and repair various HVAC systems, including zoning, ductless systems, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Document information accurately in ServiceTitan to ensure seamless record-keeping.
• Resolve warranty issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
• Experience with HVAC systems, including zoning and ductless systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including low-voltage and refrigerant systems.
• Knowledge of current residential codes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional attitude and ability to positively represent our company.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
Compensation and Benefits
• A competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000+/year.
• A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with alternating weekends.
