AECOM is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in downtown Sacramento.
About the Position
This role involves directing HVAC and plumbing teams for various clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing custom solutions, mentoring a team, and developing technical documents.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct HVAC and plumbing teams to deliver quality projects.
• Develop calculations, construction drawings, design reports, and specifications for mechanical and plumbing design work.
• Mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration with 6+ years of experience.
