Donor Services Technician Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donor Services Technician to join our team at Sierra Donor Services in Sacramento. As a Donor Services Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful recovery and preservation of organs for transplantation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the surgical recovery, preservation, and packaging of organs and specimens.
• Support the renal preservation process.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years OPO or healthcare experience preferred.
• Health-related certification and ISOP Level 1 by completion of the first year.
