As an Energy Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving this mission by identifying and implementing energy-saving opportunities that benefit both our clients and the environment.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Assess facilities to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvement
• Develop and implement energy-saving measures through operations and maintenance best practices, capital upgrades, and RCx projects
• Analyze building data to optimize energy performance
• Collaborate with clients to train staff on energy management best practices
• Facilitate training programs on energy efficiency topics
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A two-year trade school degree or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC & controls
• Certification in energy management (CEM) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
