About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Estimator to join our team at CareerPaths NW. As a senior member of our commercial services group, you will play a critical role in estimating labor costs, securing project leads, and managing projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Labor Cost Estimation: Develop detailed labor cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Project Identification: Identify and pursue project leads in the commercial HVAC sector, utilizing industry connections and market knowledge to secure new business opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals outlining project scope, timelines, and budget requirements, presenting them to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Field Support: Provide support to field personnel, addressing project-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
