Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings
• Supervise and train a team of HVAC technicians
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
• Prior experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Valid Driver's License
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Estimated salary based on industry standards and location.
