Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive - HVAC Products to join our team at Verto People. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive business growth and develop key accounts in the HVAC industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in selling HVAC products to M&E Contractors and M&E Consultants. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise and implement sales strategies to customers.
A competitive salary of £52,000 per annum is offered, plus a bonus scheme, company vehicle or car allowance, pension contribution, and 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and develop key accounts in the HVAC industry.
• Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
• Work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise and implement sales strategies to customers.
• Collaborate with the projects and applications team to ensure technical HVAC solutions match with bespoke client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E Contractors and M&E Consultants.
• Operate fully remote, covering the Midlands and north west region.
