Project Engineer Required
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our rapidly expanding projects team, based near Birmingham/West Bromwich.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a company car (hybrid). We also offer full company benefits, including 25 days holiday.
Job Description
• Develop project plans and oversee their implementation from start to finish.
• Assign resources and liaise with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Maintain Health & Safety and CDM documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping to ensure smooth delivery of equipment.
• Attend site meetings and supervise works as required.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and hand over to clients in a satisfactory condition.
Requirements
• A background in the HVAC industry is beneficial but not essential. Previous experience as a supervisor or senior engineer would be advantageous.
• Strong site experience is necessary, preferably as a supervisor or senior engineer, with the ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Flexibility to travel as required, with a full driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Competent IT skills to maintain project documentation using software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Location
The ideal location for this role is within a half-hour commute of Birmingham, with occasional UK travel to sites, approximately 2-3 days per week.
