Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a bonus scheme and pension contribution
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as an HVAC Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and managing key accounts for a range of HVAC products across the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development and manage key accounts for HVAC products across the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration markets.
• Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
• Work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise, implement sales strategies to customers.
• Collaborate with the projects and applications team to ensure technical HVAC solutions match with bespoke client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with M&E Contractors and M&E Consultants.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry.
• A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
• Experience selling heat pumps, chillers, fan coils and Air Handling Units (AHUs) or similar would be desired.
• Selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Air Conditioning systems, Air Conditioning solutions, Industrial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps or similar HVAC related products.
• Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to customer sites across the Midlands, north west region.
• Full clean driving license required.
