Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain our properties' HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with our Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Minimum Qualifications:
- A/C certification with at least two years of experience
