Job Description
Intralox, a world leader in conveyor equipment solutions, is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Field Service Technician. This role involves collaborating with field installation teams to install and commission products at customer locations across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial electrical controls, and knowledge of control panels and components. They will also provide design and assembly support for industrial conveyor equipment.
Responsibilities
• Mechanical installation and site support
• Lead field mechanical assembly, installation, and commissioning of equipment
• Collaborate with subcontractors for equipment installation
• Lead training, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Work with Test Engineering Group on factory acceptance tests
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams
• Independently install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical/electrical control systems
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication and relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
• Knowledge of industrial conveyor systems
• Adeptness with RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, and Siemens Step 7 software

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $41,200 to $91,000 per year, depending on experience. The company considers several factors when extending an offer, including work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
