Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MARINE HVAC SPECIALIST to join our team at Generation Refrigeration Co. as a full-time, long-term position in Chesapeake, VA and Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate will have marine and/or commercial HVAC experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Install, retrofit, and repair marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems, primarily on Navy ships.
• Perform installations, repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of marine HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products onboard vessels.
• Provide technical support to customers and prepare documentation after each job.
• Maintain tools and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in marine and/or commercial HVAC.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs while traveling on and off vessels.
• Flexible schedule with occasional travel requirements.
