HVAC Team Coordinator Job Description
The HVAC Team Coordinator is a critical member of our maintenance team at ABM Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our service representatives, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily activities of service representatives
• Schedule appointments and prioritize tasks
• Monitor and report job progress and completion
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding job status and completion
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or project coordination
• Proven track record of organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
