The Heating and Cooling Expert Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively in their roles. This position involves curriculum development, hands-on training, and continuous evaluation to meet the highest standards of HVAC service and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to and provide training at various locations.
• Create and update curriculum, training manuals, and course content for HVAC systems.
• Conduct up to four class sessions per year with a maximum of 12 students per session.
